1. Artwork & Design Security
As a specialized UV production studio, your uploaded vector blueprints (PDF, AI, EPS, DXF) and high-DPI raster templates constitute highly valuable intellectual property. We implement the following stringent handling protocols:
- Encrypted Transmission: All artwork files uploaded via our 3D Studio Customizer or contact portals are packaged dynamically and secured in-transit using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol.
- Prepress Isolation: Uploaded layouts are transferred strictly to locally closed workstations used by our prepress design technician team. They are never shared on open web networks.
- Curing Demolition: Unless you request archival retention for repeat production batches, all technical asset files are automatically deleted from local production queues and secure storage arrays 30 days following project signoff.
2. Collected Parameters
We collect dynamic variables to deliver precise structural quote estimates and calibrate physical flatbed dimensions. This data consists of:
Interactive Design Telemetry
Settings established inside our interactive 3D studio, such as spot gloss percentage coverage, targeted material substrate (walnut wood, glass, acrylic), and required layering depth metrics ($0.1mm - 1.5mm$).
Identity Parameters
Basic contact fields required to communicate project states: Name, business email channels, valid phone codes, delivery locations, and unique pre-flight identifier codes.
Cookies are used on this application strictly to keep hold of your interactive customizer state so that your loaded project is preserved if you refresh your browser window. No diagnostic code trackings are leaked to third-party ad networks.
3. Prepress Curing Standards
Our operational flatbed curing hardware uses secure direct system-links. Unlike cloud-managed printing solutions prone to internet intercepts, our machinery acts within a local closed loop network:
Closed RIP Systems: Standard digital print software operates network-shared layout queues. Our raster image processors (RIP) isolate layout conversions into closed physical drives directly connected to the flatbed laser controllers.
Hardware Purging: Physical print memory modules inside our variable height LED systems are cleared down after each printing pass is compiled.
4. Regulatory Compliance & South African POPIA
As a physical studio operating out of East London, South Africa, Fortivus is structured to achieve strict compliance with local and international framework mandates:
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA): All data collection profiles are captured and stored transparently under Information Officer parameters. Clients can request instant records of personal identity details or register formal erasure demands.
- GDPR Accordance: European vector design partners retain complete access rights, secure portability rights over files, and immediate right to absolute deletion before the standard 30-day curing cycle ends.
